Workstations
To implement your own robots or processes, you will have to create a custom workstation. A workstation executes tasks provided by the optimizer.
API Key
A workstation may need to be connected to a Nexus project (i.e. file exchange). In that case, you can provide an API key that you have generated or generate a new one on the fly for this specific workstation.
Parameters & Objectives
In our example, the parameters are the following:
- Reagent A
- Reagent B
and the measurements (objectives) are the following:
- yield
- selectivity
These should be modified to match your experimental setup.
Manually Operated Workstations
You can also choose Manually Operated as workstation type. This allows you to enter measurements manually on the Campaign page, directly on the SDLabs platform GUI - rather than using Nexus to automate your workstation.
* please note that the graphical user interface may have evolved since this video was shot; however, the workflow and features should still match.
